"Lists" (hereinafter referred to as "this Application") is developed and provided by Kunming Wukong Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). This Application respects and protects the personal privacy of all users. To provide you with better services, this Application will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy"). This Application will treat this information with a high degree of diligence and duty of care. Except as otherwise provided in this Policy, this Application will not disclose or provide this information to third parties without your prior permission. This Application may update this Policy from time to time. By agreeing to the Terms of Service of this Application, you are deemed to have agreed to the entire content of this Policy. This Policy is an integral part of the Application's Terms of Service.

2. This Policy applies to all products and services provided by the Company. As the scope of the Application's services expands, the content of this Policy may be updated at any time. We will publish these changes within the Application, on the Company's website, and in other locations we deem appropriate. Once the new policy takes effect, it will effectively replace the previous privacy policy.
3. Users shall use this Application in compliance with the Company's policies and Terms of Service.
4. This Policy applies only to information obtained through this Application, and not to information obtained through other methods or sources.
II. Personal Information Collection
This Application collects personal identification information voluntarily provided by the user during registration or use of the Application, subject to user consent and confirmation. Our information collection methods include:
1. Information you provide to us. When registering an account, you provide personal information as required by the APP, including mobile phone number and nickname. If you do not wish to provide a mobile number, you may also choose to register an account using a third-party quick login method. Either registration method will not affect the normal use of the Application.
2. Information obtained during your use of the Application. Such information includes:
(1) When using the Application, we automatically receive and record information from your device, including your device model, system version, and visited page records. By collecting this information, we optimize the interface displayed on your device and perform usage statistics to help improve the Application.
(2) When using the Application, we may send one or more anonymous identifiers to your device. We also use anonymous identifiers when you interact with services we provide to partners.
(3) The Application may use mechanisms such as local storage, network storage, and application data caches to collect information (including personal information) on your device and store it locally on your device as well as on cloud servers.
3. Application Permissions. To save your customized content, this Application requires read and write permissions to the device's storage space.
To ensure service continuity, we will retain your personal information until you actively cancel your account, or we cease operations.

1. To provide you with more accurate services, this Application will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Policy. Except as otherwise provided herein, this Application will not disclose this information to third parties without your prior permission.
2. This Policy ensures that any information you provide to the Application remains private and protected. (5) To comply with applicable laws and regulations;
(6) When necessary for information disclosure according to the Terms of Service or other relevant statements of the Application;
(7) To reflect principles of fairness and justice, requiring disclosure of certain user information;

V. Third-Party Service Providers and Their Services
1. To enable you to use third-party payment services, share information on third-party platforms, and to allow us to provide better services and user experience by analyzing user behavior, this Application integrates technical support from third-party partners. Partners include certain Android phone manufacturers, social platforms (such as WeChat), payment platforms (such as WeChat Pay, Alipay), third-party data analysis platforms (such as Umeng), and security protection platforms (such as 360 Reinforcement).
2. Technical support partners collect relevant information as follows:
(1) WeChat: Provides login, sharing, and payment functions for the Application, which may require the use of your device information (e.g., device model, system version, device identifiers IMEI/Android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, advertising identifier OAID, and MAC address). (2) Alipay: Provides payment functions for the Application, which may require the use of device information (e.g., device model, system version, device identifiers IMEI/Android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, advertising identifier OAID, and MAC address). (3) Umeng Analytics: Provides statistical analysis services for the Application, which may require the use of device information (Android ID/IDFA/IDFV/OAID/OpenUDID/GUID), network information, and location information. Please read the 【Umeng SDK Privacy Policy】 for details.
(4) 360 Reinforcement: Provides fault detection and security protection services for the Application, which may require the use of basic device information, network information, security information, and terminal environment information. 3. The product may choose to use some of these third-party partners or change partners during different periods, so the list of partners is subject to adjustment.
VI. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Information
In accordance with relevant Chinese laws, regulations, and supervisory provisions, the Company guarantees you the following rights regarding your personal information:
(A) Access, Correct, and Update Your Personal Information
You have the right to access, correct, and update your personal information through this Application, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations. You are responsible for updating your personal information in a timely manner. In the personal center, you can edit your nickname and manage third-party quick login accounts.
(B) Delete Your Personal Information
Under the following circumstances, you may request the Company to delete your personal information:
1. If the Company's processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;
2. If the Company collects or uses your personal information without your consent;
3. If the Company's processing of personal information violates our agreement with you;
4. If you no longer wish to use our products or services, or you actively cancel your account.
If we cease operations, we will promptly stop collecting your personal information, notify you of the cessation of operations individually or by announcement, and delete the personal information we hold about you.
(C) Withdraw Application Permissions
The path within the Application is: Me > About > App Permissions. From here, you can access the system permission settings and withdraw granted application permissions.
(D) Withdraw Consent to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
The path within the Application is: Me > About > Withdraw Agreement. From here, you can withdraw your consent to the agreed Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. After withdrawal, if you have registered and logged into your account, you will be forced to log out. We will anonymize the user's personal information.
(E) Account Deletion
The path within the Application is: Me > Account Management > Delete Account. After account deletion, we will delete or anonymize the user's personal information.
If you are unable to access or edit your personal information through the above paths, you can contact our customer service (email: service@monking.com.cn) at any time. We will respond within seven business days and provide you with effective guidance.
VII. Personalized Recommendations and Targeted Push
This Application does not contain personalized recommendation content nor does it have targeted push functionality.
VIII. Protection of Minors
We value the protection of minors' personal information. During your use of our services, we presume you have the corresponding capacity for civil conduct. If you are a minor, before using the relevant services of this software, you should carefully read this Privacy Policy under the supervision and guidance of your parent or other guardian, and provide information to us only with the consent of your parent or guardian.
Regarding the collection of minors' personal information with parental or guardian consent, we will only use, share, transfer, or disclose this information as permitted by laws and regulations, with explicit parental or guardian consent, or when necessary to protect the minor. If we discover that we have collected a minor's personal information without prior verifiable parental or guardian consent, we will delete the relevant information as soon as possible.

The Application shall not be liable for the following related matters:
1. Any personal information leakage resulting from you disclosing your login credentials or sharing your registered account with others, or any other personal information leakage not caused by the Application;
2. Any personal information leakage, loss, misuse, or alteration due to hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion or outbreak, temporary closure due to government control, or other reasons affecting normal network operations not attributable to the Application;
3. Any disputes arising from a third party's use of your personal information in accordance with the service statements and Terms of Service listed by the Application;
4. All disclaimers listed in the Application's Terms of Service and various rules;
5. When the Application contains links to other websites or applications, the Application is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, operations, or conduct of these websites or applications. Before providing personal information to these linked websites or applications, please review their privacy policies. The Application assumes no responsibility for personal information leaks or any resulting legal disputes and outcomes caused by other websites or applications linked to the Application.
6. Any consequences due to force majeure.
X. Changes to This Privacy Policy
1. The Company reserves the right to change this Policy at any time.
2. If we decide to change the Privacy Policy, we will post these changes within the Application, on the Company's website, and in other locations we deem appropriate, so that you are aware of how we collect and use your personal information, who can access this information, and under what circumstances we disclose it. You can then decide whether to continue using the service.
3. After changes to this Privacy Policy take effect, if you do not agree with the revised Policy, you may delete your account (see Section VI(E) of this Policy for the deletion method). If you do not delete your account before the revised Policy takes effect and continue to access or use the Application, it signifies your acceptance of the changed Privacy Policy.
